The Challenge:

For the first time in many years, the Sagicor Group hosted its awards ceremony in Trinidad and Tobago. To optimize resources, both Sagicor Group and Sagicor T&T opted to host their events on the same day and at the same venue. This presented a significant challenge: how to seamlessly transform the space to create two distinct and memorable experiences for guests, all within a one-hour cocktail break.

Solution

“The Flip”. To execute a complete room transformation, we developed cohesive designs that cleverly utilized much of the same infrastructure for both events. The key to this dynamic transformation was our strategic use of lighting, which we leveraged to create a dramatically different atmosphere and look for each ceremony.

Results

We successfully engineered two unique and immersive experiences for attendees, demonstrating that a single venue could be beautifully and efficiently repurposed to host two different events on the same day.
