Sagicor Ignite 2026

Our Role: Experiences

The Challenge:

Sagicor’s annual kickoff, "Ignite," serves as the roadmap for the year’s sales and company targets. For 2026, the company shifted from individual territory meetings to a unified regional broadcast centred in Barbados. To avoid livestream fatigue we needed to ensure that the T&T contingent didn't feel like they were just watching a screen. Our mission was to break the "fourth wall" and deliver a live experience that made the staff and agents feel like the heart of the celebration.

The Solution

  • We shattered the corporate meeting mould with a stealth flash mob. Dancers disguised as Sagicor staff and ushers were placed throughout the National Academy of the Performing Arts (NAPA) auditorium, erupting into a synchronised performance that jolted the room into high gear at the very beginning of the program.
  • Charismatic host Rome bridged the gap between the Barbados broadcast and the NAPA audience, ensuring local staff remained engaged during every transition.
  • Post-formalities, the event moved to the NAPA exterior and lobby where we curated a Caribbean Food Festival with multiple island-themed stations – from Belize to Barbados – and a premium picnic-style lounge. This allowed staff to relax in a vibrant, communal setting that reinforced the company’s core message of One Sagicor.
  • The after-party featured powerhouse performances by Nadia Batson and Full Blown Entertainment bringing world-class Soca to the stage.

The Result

The combination of the stealth flash mob and the star power of Nadia Batson and Full Blown Entertainment turned a strategic briefing into an unforgettable experience. The outdoor picnic and food festival provided the perfect space for team bonding, leaving the Trinidad workforce not just informed of their 2026 targets, but truly proud to be part of a unified Caribbean brand – One Sagicor.
