The Challenge:

Heritage Petroleum required execution of two distinct sessions: an Extended Leadership Meeting for the company's C-Suite team and a high-energy Townhall dubbed "Connect." The project presented a unique set of hurdles:

• The venue was unavailable until the night before the event, necessitating a full-scale overnight setup.
• We faced an incredibly tight turnaround from concept to execution happening in just under two weeks.
• The agenda needed to be impactful and engaging without becoming overdrawn.
• The visual identity had to be striking enough to command attention, while the physical decor needed to go beyond aesthetics to encourage active employee engagement.

The Solution

Our team focused on agile planning and immersive design. To meet the brief, we implemented a multi-pronged strategy.

• We utilised a dedicated crew to transform the space overnight, ensuring every detail was perfect before the sun rose.
• Our team developed eye-catching visuals specifically for attendees to interact with, such as the welcome arch which doubled as a signing board. This turned the physical space into a conversation starter.
• We ensured a seamless visual flow between the strategic tone of the Leadership Meeting and the community-focused energy of the Townhall.

The Result

The event was a resounding success, despite the logistical “crunch”. The Townhall lived up to its name, fostering a sense of excitement and connection among the staff, while delivering on key corporate messaging of the event – Revitalise, Energise and Execute.
