Perenco
Perenco TTEC Booth 2026
Our Role: Exhibitions
The Challenge:
The challenge was to balance The Hyatt Regency’s new requirement for minimal on-site construction with Perenco's need for a fully reusable booth design. This was further intensified by Perenco's high-stakes placement: holding the most premium location as the first booth visitors encountered upon entry. We had to ensure that the shift in our build strategy did not compromise the show stopping, high-end aesthetic expected of a brand in such a prominent position. The Solution
To meet these demands, we executed our first-ever modular build, utilizing prefabricated frames and reusable fabric branding for rapid, clean assembly. To ensure a premium look, we merged the efficiency of the modular system with custom-engineered elements, such as bespoke Perenco channel lettering and a die-cut LED logo that acted as a glowing beacon for arriving visitors. This sophisticated aesthetic was anchored by a 12ft-wide LED screen seamlessly integrated into the structure, proving that a sustainable, modular approach could still deliver a massive, high-tech visual impact.
The Result
It was a triumphant debut for our modular design strategy, successfully delivering an unforgettable presence that honored Perenco’s premier booth location at the expo. By blending the efficiency of prefabricated frames with custom-built focal points, we proved that sustainability and premium brand design could coexist. The booth not only met Hyatt’s new site requirements but also provided the client with a durable, reusable asset that maintained their reputation for excellence, setting a new benchmark for future conference builds.
